About Ernree

I am a strategic and results-driven development professional with over 15 years of experience designing, managing, and scaling impactful programs in gender equality, public health, and inclusive governance. I have a proven track record of leading donor-funded projects that strengthen systems and improve lives.

My career reflects a deep commitment to advancing gender-transformative programming, promoting equitable access to services, and addressing the root causes of vulnerability, especially for women, youth, and marginalized communities. I have led multi-sectoral initiatives in sexual and reproductive health, prevention of gender-based violence, livelihoods, and social protection, working with UN agencies and in close collaboration with government ministries and civil society organizations.

With dual master’s degrees in Public Health and International Development, I bring a solid academic foundation that complements my professional expertise in program planning, implementation, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, research, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. I am passionate about building sustainable, inclusive, and accountable systems that foster dignity, resilience, and social justice.

Consulting & Services

As an Independent Consultant, I provide technical assistance to NGOs, UN agencies, and government institutions on gender equality, inclusive development, and public health program design and implementation. My current services include:

Conducting research, participatory assessments, baseline studies, and evidence synthesis to inform strategic planning and policy formulation
Designing and applying M&E frameworks to track project outcomes, measure impact, and ensure accountability
Supporting the integration of gender-transformative approaches across sectoral programs
Developing project proposals, concept notes, and donor reports aligned with RBM and HRBA principles
Facilitating trainings, capacity building, and stakeholder engagements on inclusive programming
Producing knowledge products, policy briefs, and technical documentation
